NOTICE TO AFFECTED PERSONS IN TERMS OF SECTION 129(3)(a) OF THE COMPANIES ACT 71 OF 2008 (“COMPANIES ACT”)

Noteholders are referred to the JSE SENS announcement released on Tuesday, 10 November 2020 wherein stakeholders were advised that the Company had commenced voluntary business rescue proceedings.

Noteholders are hereby advised that they are regarded as “Affected Persons” in terms of section 128(1)(a) of the Companies Act and are entitled to notice of the business rescue proceedings.

Noteholders should note that in terms of section 132(1)(a)of the Companies Act, the Company’s business rescue proceedings commenced on 9 November 2020.
