TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF AN ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES


In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Companies Act”) and Regulation 121(2)(b)
of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011, shareholders are advised that Consolidated Infrastructure has received
notification from Standard Bank Group Limited (“SBG”) of the acquisition by SBG of Consolidated Infrastructure shares
such that SBG’s total beneficial interest in the company is now 5.03% of Consolidated Infrastructure’s issued shares.
