DISCLOSURE OF SHARE TRADE


Shareholders are informed that Global Capital (of which the CIG’s non-executive Chairman Mr Frank Boner
is CEO) has advised the company that Global Capital has sold 2 871 831 CIG shares on the market (which
shares were registered in the name of Yonbor Nominees Pty Ltd) and which has resulted in Global Capital’s
effective beneficial shareholding in CIG decreasing from 3.86% to 1.93%. The transactions have no effect on
the direct or indirect shareholding of Frank Boner in CIG.
