Shareholders are notified of the termination of the external audit services provided by BDO South Africa Inc. with effect from 20 February 2019 due to early adoption of the mandatory audit firm rotation rule issued by the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors.
PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., with Andries Rossouw as the designated audit partner, have been appointed as the external auditors of the Company with effect from 20 February 2019. The board of directors of CIG thanks BDO South Africa Inc. for their services to the Company.
