Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 30 January 2019 in which the Company indicated that the annual general meeting (“AGM”) would be postponed to 27 March 2019 and that a revised notice of AGM would be posted to shareholders.
Shareholders are advised that the amended notice of AGM was dispatched to shareholders.
The Company’s AGM will be held at the offices of the Company, First Floor, 30 Melrose Boulevard, Melrose Arch, Gauteng on Wednesday, 27 March 2019 at 14:00.
The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the AGM is Monday, 18 March 2019 and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 22 March 2019.
