CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Following the adoption of the Business Rescue Plan that was announced on SENS on 5 May 2021, the Company hereby announces that Raoul Gamsu, the Group Chief Executive Office and Chief Financial Officer, will be standing down from his various positions with the Company (including, as a director of the Company), with effect from 7 May 2021.

The Company wishes to thank Raoul for his considerable contribution to the business over the past 14 years, including during the current and very difficult business rescue process, and wish him every success in the future.
